The Costume Consists of a Long sleeve Top, Skirt and under Shorts.
The 'white' on the skirt and top is dyed a pinkish color, the top has markings (both signs of intentional distress by the production) and the top left of the 'W' on the patch is coming away from the top, which was also intentional by production, as it can be seen on screen in the same way.
