DCI Alan Banks (Stephen Tompkinson) Police ID Used during the Forth Series of the British Drama 'DCI Banks' 

The ID  Card sits inside of his 'West Yorkshire Police' leather wallet, which also contains a business card for the character, the business card is fixed in place with putty on the back to avoid it falling out on screen when it was in use.
