The Card File has the fictitious company logo on the front with filler pages inside, whilst the notepad remains completely black apart from the visible page, which was written on by the receptionist during filming and therefore has random words and phrases written on it.
Also included is the Pen and the production used storage bag for the items.

The File and Notepad each measure approximately 30cm in height.
The set remains in overall good Production used condition showing some signs of wear from use.
